Eversheds Board Report released News 07 Mar 2011
The Eversheds Board Report, researched by RSG Consulting, was released today. The study of nearly 250 company boards across the UK, Europe, the US and Asia found that smaller boards, more female directors and a higher proportion of independent directors are key boardroom components for company success.

RSG Consulting’s CEO, Reena SenGupta, attended the Lawyers’ Management Program, offered by the IE Law School in Madrid this week. The course is designed to develop management and leadership skills for law firm leaders in the context of the changing business environment. Sessions are led by ex-law firm leaders, academics from around the world and senior General Counsel. A second phase of the course will be held at the College of Law London in the coming months.
