Generation GC

In another collaboration with Global Leaders in Law, RSG has investigated and analysed the evolution of the General Counsel role with a view to identifying future behaviours, responsibilities and purchasing patterns. The report draws on extensive interviews with leading General Counsel as well as a retrospective look at how the role has evolved over the past 15 years. The result is a must read for in-house lawyers interested in planning their careers and motivating their departments as well as for private practice lawyers who want to get into the minds (and the future minds) of their clients.

The content includes analysis of the legal function in the ‘New Law’ department, Panel + – the new iteration of the panel system and a discussion as to how General Counsel should perform the leadership role in their businesses.
