A new forum of General Counsel set up by General Counsel has emerged to encourage thinking and leadership in the profession. Designed as the first of a series, RSG has collaborated with GLL to produce an investigation into what value actually means in the legal profession. We have produced a schema called the ‘Value Chain’ which attempts to define and clarify the concept of value from private practice lawyers to in-house counsel to the business consumer of legal services.
